Robb Meyer, General Manager
Since its conception, Robb Meyer has been with Spring Creek Ranch. As project manager, Robb played a key role in the development, design, and theme of Spring Creek Ranch. He continues to contribute to the facility as General Manager, in which he focuses mainly on golf house design, membership development and hospitality, the cabin program, residential community development and operational procedures. In each of these facets, Robb ensures that Spring Creek Ranch vision is preserved.
Robb graduated from University of Arizona with a degree in Art History and Art Education. In 1996, Robb moved back to his hometown of Memphis, TN to develop Spring Creek Ranch. Robb has one daughter, Dylan, age 8.
Scott McNeer, General Manager
In April of 2003, Scott accepted the position of Head Golf Course Superintendent at SCR. With experience from great golf clubs such as Lochinvar Golf Club, Old Waverly Golf Club, Kiva Dunes Golf Club and The Governor’s Club. In 2008, Scott was promoted to General Manager and continues to serve in that role here at the Ranch.
Scott graduated from Mississippi State University and is married to his high school sweetheart, Kim, and they have two daughters, Molly and Emma.
Toni Williams, Director of Member Services
Toni grew up in Memphis, Tennessee and attended Memphis State University. She joined the Spring Creek Ranch family in 2007. Before coming to the Ranch, Toni served as an executive assistant an event planner in the corporate sector for 18 years. Since coming to the Ranch, she has taken on the duties of membership, member services and special events.
Toni lives in Collierville and has two children, a daughter who is a junior at Mississippi State University and a son that is married and lives with his wife in Collierville.
Rita Shell, Executive Administrative Assistant
Rita joined our family, part time in 2006 as the controller’s assistant. She became full time when the new Golf House opened in 2007.
Rita is originally from McKenzie, TN where she graduated and worked for the City of McKenzie as the Assistant City Clerk. Rita has one daughter and a 2 year-old granddaughter.
